Project Scope:
All mechanical and electrical works installation for 2x10 MW Gas engine system by all system until successful operation (Wartsila 20V34SG-D gas engine).

Project Scope:

• The project executed in two phases. First phase includes dismantle of two diesel engines complete with its auxiliaries from Deshna City, Egypt.
• Second phase include installation of these two engines with its dismantled auxiliaries at cement plant located at Chad.
• NCS performed all related works, including but not limited to: Phase 1: - Dismantle, packing, coding, loading, electrical equipment dismantles, mechanical equipment dismantles, associated systems and equipment, preparation of croquet drawings, technical documents and all dismantle services associated with the equipment that to be dismantled
• within the scope of work, and all works are to be complied with all safety requirements and applicable standards.

• NCS performed all related works, including but not limited to:
  A. Diesel engine sets
  B. Fuel system .
  C. Lube oil system
  D. Exhaust system.

  G. Engine starting system

  • Lube oil system
  • Exhaust system.

  • Installing of MV,LV and control panels.
  • Installing cable tray , cable supports and cabel ending.
  • MV cabels laving and termenation.
  • LV cabels laving and termenation.
  • DC System bettery and bettery charge.
  • Lighiting system.
  • Earting and lightining system.
